The project focused on the restoration of the Louisville Water Tower and Museum Building, both listed as National Historic Landmarks. The Tower scope also included a full restoration of the 10 statues at the tower base.

In addition to the restoration, the Louisville Water Company (LWC) required new interior spaces for mechanical systems, storage, and dressing areas to accommodate the facility’s increasing popularity for various events.
