Builders Exchange of Kentucky: a full-service construction trade association with approximately 900 members across Kentucky, has supplied competitive bids to the Architectural Community since 1927. The Builders Exchange promotes your project to potential bidders through our Internet Planroom Information Network (IPIN).
Plans, specs, addenda and all vital project information are also made available online to our members via the powerful, easy to use IPIN system. The exchange also provides contractors and material supplier’s access to your construction documents in our 2 physical plan rooms located in Lexington and Louisville. All of these services are provided to architects and owners at no cost to them.
In addition to plan room services and construction reports, the Exchange provides scholarship opportunities, sponsors group insurance programs, as well as educational and social programs.
