Additional Information
“This new building on open land is a bright, spacious, and adaptable structure that embodies utilitarian simplicity through a clear expression of its skin and skeleton. Its industrial aesthetic aligns well with its purpose as a place for career training and technological education, making it both functional and visually appropriate. The thoughtful handling of space and natural light creates a welcoming and effective learning environment. A master plan for future development would ensure that subsequent buildings contribute meaningfully to the overall quality and integration of the campus with surrounding villages. As a substantial achievement in economic development and design, this building sets a high bar for future additions.“ -Jury Comments
