AIA Kentucky & IIDA OH | KY Annual Legislative Day at the Capitol on Thursday, February 13, 2025. Join colleagues from AIA Kentucky and the Kentucky Interior Designers Legislative Organization (KIDLO) as we advocate for the importance of licensing architects and certifying interior designers, in order to protect the public health, safety and welfare.
No experience? No problem! Our planning committee will create teams of attendees that balance both newcomers and seasoned advocates. We will also provide an issue briefing where you can pick up some talking points and tips on conversing with legislators.
We understand if you can’t give your whole day for this event. You’ll tell us your availability when you register and then come/go as your schedule allows. It’s our goal to make this day an easy lift, and maybe even a bit of fun for you. We hope that you will join us for this important opportunity to represent our profession!
