In honor of Christopher Kelly, AIA, an honored member of the Washington, D.C. architectural community, who passed unexpectedly, AIA DC developed a program to aid in the training and nurturing of future generations of leaders in the profession. The Christopher Kelley Leadership Development Program has since been successfully replicated by more than a dozen AIA components across the nation, including AIA Kentucky.
This program will consist of monthly, half-day sessions of professional development experiences for a competitively selected cohort of 16 emerging professionals. Participants will be selected based upon factors such as career achievements, community involvement and passion for the future of the architectural profession.
