Architect Members (AIA)

Open to architects licensed to practice in a U.S state or territory

Associate Members (Assoc. AIA)

Associate AIA membership is open to individuals who meet one of the following criteria:

• Professional degree in architecture (recent graduate information)
• Currently work under the supervision of an architect
• Currently enrolled in the Intern Development Program (IDP) and working toward licensure
• Faculty member in a university program in architecture

AIA membership includes assignment to the national, state and local chapters based on where you live or work. Dues may be required at each level.  Membership period runs from January 1 to December 31 each year.  New member dues are prorated on a quarterly basis.
